Low-rise jeans
Every boy on the road, mall, high-school, college at a point owned several pairs of low-rise jeans. Not just the men, most women are guilty of owning a collection themselves, especially the acid-washed ones that seemed faded near the thigh. Men would pair them with briefs below that would definitely show and women with tops that most definitely showed their lower abdomen.
Harem pants
Anyone else own a pair of Aladdin pants with a drop-crotch? Those pants definitely wanted to be a mix of ethnic and western and got stuck in-between in the clown department. BTW, if you guys are still wearing them in 2022, burn them in the name of protest!
Clear plastic shoes
We can definitely name a culprit—Kim Kardashian. Her clan made clear shoes popular but god knows who invented them! If sticking your feet in clear plastic for the whole day doesn’t bother you, then we don’t know what your threshold is for endurance!
Crocs
We don’t want to defame the brand but the original design of Crocs was not pleasant. Yet it became a rage worldwide. Among fashion watchers, however, everyone hated these from the minute they arrived.
High-low everything
These include skirts and dresses that followed the infamous high-low asymmetry. As a matter of fact, there are many websites still selling them today. However, they’re truly pointless as a silhouette because in most cases, they make your calves look thicker and disproportionate, which isn’t on anyone’s agenda while getting dressed.
