First Look: Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur are dressed in traditional outfits in Tiku Weds Sheru

Kangana Ranaut is gearing up to make her digital production debut. Tiku Weds Sheru will be the first digital project under the actor’s label, as previously announced. The film is both a love story and a dark satire. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur have begun filming for the project.

The first look of the actors was unveiled on November 8. In one of the solo posters, Nawazuddin is dressed in a blue outfit with a plaid shirt and holding a gun in his hand. It seems like a photo from the set with the director sitting at the back of the poster. “हम जब मिलते हैं, तो दिल से मिलते हैं ,वरना ख़्वाबों में भी मुश्किल से मिलते हैं,” Siddiqui captioned the post.

With this project, digital sensation and actress Avneet Kaur makes her Bollywood debut as a lead actress. She is dressed in a shimmery disco-themed dress. She plays Tiku in the project. “चलो तो चाँद तक ,नहीं तो शाम तक,” Nawazuddin captioned the first look

Kangana Ranaut wrote, “Sharing with you all the first look of my first production venture under Manikarnika Films Pvt. Ltd …Tiku Weds Sheru… Here’s a piece of my heart. Hope you all like. Filming begins …See you soon in theatres first.”

While it is a digital venture for Amazon Prime Video, Kangana Ranaut has hinted that Tiku Weds Sheru will release in theatres first.
