Happy Birthday Neil Nitin Mukesh

Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has turned 42 years old today, January 15. The actor started his career as a child artist in movies like Vijay and Jaisi Karni Waisi Bharni and debuted as the lead hero in the film Johnny Gaddaar in 2007. The performance of the actor was appreciated by the critics and the audience. He was also nominated in the Best Male Debut category at the Filmfare Awards that year.

The actor gained fame through his role in the movie New York which was released in 2009. It was directed by Kabir Khan and starred John Abraham, Irrfan Khan, Katrina Kaid and Neil Nitin Mukesh in the lead roles.

Neil Nitin Mukesh was no stranger to the film industry, as he is the son of the Bollywood playback singer, Nitin Mukesh and the grandson of singer Mukesh. He was named by the veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar after the American astronaut Neil Armstrong. With an illustrious background in a family of singers, Neil Nitin Mukesh decided to try his luck in acting rather than singing. Contrary to the popular belief that children of popular Bollywood personalities are destined for success in the industry, the actor was unable to make his name in the movie industry. He was last seen in the movie Bypass Road which was released in 2019. It was directed by Naman Nitin Mukhesh. The story of the film was written by the actor himself and it couldn’t perform well at the box office.
