Pumpkin Payasam

Ingredients

> Chopped pumpkin-1 cup

>Full cream milk- 1/2 lit

>sugar-1/4th cup

>saffron- 2 pinches

>Cardamom powder-1/4th tsp

>ghee-1 tbs

>Almond flakes -1 tsp

Method 

Cook the pumpkin in milk till soft add sugar and make a smooth paste like add saffron and simmer on medium flame for 10-12 mins till the paste gets a thick. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish with payasam with Almonds and serve warm.
