Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala flaunts tattoo celebrating mental well-being – photo inside

Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala Dutt may not have stepped foot in Bollywood but she stills manages to make the news every second day. The star kid is a psychotherapist by profession and often takes to Instagram to pen powerful pieces on mental well-being, dealing with trauma and much more. Many of her followers consult her to deal with depression, anxiety and Trishal obliges them via her Instagram post. As for her recent post, it looks like Trishala has gotten inked to celebrate mental health.

She shared a photo of a tattoo that reads “play the moments, pause the memories, stop the pain and replay the happiness”. While it is not sure whether the inked forearm is Trishala’s, we are totally digging for the message that the tattoo gives especially in such tough times.

Trishala is a mental health advocate and shares posts to break the taboo around therapy every now and then. Much recently, she had shared a post on Instagram on self-love that read: “Every time that someone is cruel to you, do something kind for yourself. This is how you reinforce your worth when others refuse to acknowledge it. This is an incredibly powerful act of self-love”.

As of yet, the star kid has not shared her plans on stepping foot in Bollywood, much like father Sanjay Dutt. Meanwhile, on the work front, Sanjay is gearing up for the release of K.G.F: Chapter 2 with Yash and Raveena Tandon. In the period drama, Sanjay will be seen essaying a negative role – Adheera. The film is set to hit the theatres in April 2022.

Other than this, Sanjay also has Shamshera with Ranbir Kapoor, Prithviraj with Akshay Kumar and The Good Maharaja by Vikash Verma in the works.
