Sara Ali Khan, Manushi Chhillar and Esha Gupta made their debut at the Cannes 2023. While fans were looking forward to what they have to offer with their red carpet looks, all the three actresses nailed it and how! Co-incidentally though, they all chose shades of ivory and white. Sara channeled her inner desi girl as she showed off her culture and roots at the Cannes. She opted for an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla ivory lehenga choli. It had a lot of intricate details and handwork. Sara looked all things dreamy! Infact, netizens felt she looked like a bride.
Proud Indian
She also confessed during a chat on the red carpet that she’s really proud of her Indian roots and wanted to display the Indian culture. Sara confessed at the red carpet that she was a little nervous as she’s always aspired to be there. The actress added that she’s proud of her ‘Indian-ness’, her look embodies who she is. It is traditional and modern at the same time.
Fairy like charm
Manushi Chhillar looked like a million bucks in this white gown. It was flared and layered at the bottom with a corset top. Her statement green neckpiece further added charm to this look. She indeed looked like a vision in white as she gave the fairy vibe at the red carpet with confidence on point.
Esha Gupta
Netizens feel that Esha Gupta could give a lesson on how to make a stunning debut at the Cannes red carpet. She flaunted her toned legs in a high-slit gown which had lace and flowers to make the look more petite. Esha made an appearance for the premiere of the opening film – Johnny Depp starrer ‘Jeanne Du Berry’.
