City Traffic Cops To Don AC Helmets

To enhance the safety and comfort of traffic cops, the Chief of Police in Gujarat has introduced a novel pilot program: ‘AC helmets’. These will help them battle the city’s Police officers sported the unusual helmets, with a conspicuous wire connected to a cover around their waists. This is the latest gear being trialled by the Ahmedabad traffic police, supplied by the Directorate General of Police.
